Today was about three big things: direction, connection and imagination.

I’m only on Day 2 of this journey, but I already feel the chaos trying to sneak in. So I decided to anchor myself with a mini goal.

My forst Goal

By the end of this month, I want to earn my first 50€ from my art.
Not from a big launch. Not from a full-on shop.
Just one piece.
A print, a postcard, a tiny original – anything.

Why? Because goals make things real. They force you to move, even if you still feel wobbly.
Will I make it? No idea. But I’m going for it.

Who is my target group?

Today I sat down and asked:
Who do I imagine hanging my art on their wall?

Here’s what I came up with:

  1. People who love dreamy, emotional art with a bit of chaos
→ They feel deeply and want their home to reflect that.
  2. Women with ADHD who crave visual calm, validation or inspiration
→ Not clinical calm. But the kind that says: “You’re not broken. You’re just wired to feel more.”
  3. Art lovers who want something handmade and imperfect
→ People who don’t want mass-produced. They want soul. Layers. Texture.

This was a powerful exercise. I’m still figuring it out. But it helps to know:
I’m not making for everyone and that’s a good thing.

My first product?

I allowed myself to dream a little. Not to pressure myself – just to plant seeds.
Here’s what came up:

  • Mini postcard set, each one stamped with my red lipstick
  • A signed art print of my very first finished piece
  • Maybe 1–2 commission slots, just to test what it’s like

Would anyone buy these? I don’t know yet. But dreaming felt good.
And that’s a start.

What did I lean?

What did I learn?
→ That setting a small, realistic goal feels like building a tiny lighthouse in a storm.

What was hard?
→ Believing it’s okay to not have everything figured out yet.

What felt good?
→ Realizing I’m not trying to prove anything. I’m just finally trying.

Tomorrow is Day 3. Let’s see what it brings.
